I am going with some friends to a Japanese restaurant later and I am on a diet. In the past I used to eat Yakisoba and Chahan, but I don’t think they are low in calories.
The japanese restaurant doesn’t serves anything… They serve Sushi, Tempura, Yakisoba, Teppanyaki and some more stuff like Gohan, Namayasai, Gyoza, ect.
What can I eat that is low in calories?
